The balsamic vinegar of Modena is a legendary product that has been produced for several centuries in Italy.

Our Modena vinegar is made in Modena, in the Emilia Romana region, Italy, and has the distinction of PGI (Protected Geographical Indication).

It is made from cooked wine must from Trebbiano grapes from this region and is aged in wooden barrels. The result is a dark and dense-looking vinegar, with a pleasant candied sensation characteristic of this type of vinegar.
