Molí Coloma’s signature oils, Gregal and Maestro de Almazara, have received prestigious distinctions. Maestro de Almazara has been awarded a silver medal, while Gregal has earned a gold medal, solidifying Molí Coloma’s reputation as a leader in the production of top-tier olive oils. Maestro de Almazara, the extra virgin olive oil presented by Molí Coloma in this edition, is an exquisite blend of Arbequina, Arbosana, and Lecciana. Recognized by NYIOOC experts as an oil with mature notes evoking tomato, ripe apple, and grass, this oil has captivated the palates of the jury, winning the silver medal.
On the other hand, Gregal, made 100% from the Lecciana variety, has received the recognition of a gold medal. Described as an oil with a unique personality that stands out for its vigor and elegance, Gregal offers an exceptional tasting experience with notes of green almond, anise, pepper, and tomato.
