In the heart of El Penedès, in the municipality of Piera, olive trees surround the emblematic 11th-century Romanesque hermitage of Santa Creu de Creixà. Swathed in forests and vineyards, it is an area of Mediterranean influence with an extreme climate, rich in native flora and fauna.

Harvesting is carried out by hand when our field expert considers the best time for creating Santa Creu oil, with its unique, exclusive character.

The combination of this wonderful environment and our knowledge creates an olive oil with a delicate aroma, a unique essence and an unbeatable flavour.
