The Premium oil of Molí Coloma impacts by his structure and singularity. It is a coupage of the three varieties that till Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki.

A coupage does not mean a “mix” of oils. On the contrary, it defines the mixtures of olives at the time of grinding, that is to say of their grinding, crushing, before obtaining the oil.

The aim looked for has been to find in each one of our three varieties his peculiar profile, to mix them in different proportions to obtain an exclusive oil and peculiar properties of each harvest.

The Premium extra virgin olive oil of Molí Coloma is a harmonic composition representative of all our estates.



Balanced and complex profile, medium-high green olive fruit. A great diversity of secondary vegetable aromas such as green grass, green tomato, green almond, fennel, artichoke, kiwi, banana skin and strawberry are appreciated.

The sensation in the mouth is green almond, highlights its bitterness and spicy very balanced, with a final astringency that does not interfere with its profile. As a whole, it is a balanced and harmonious oil, with a strong touch of bitterness and spicy, which prevails over the sweet and astringent.
